Design Q&A

The work raises better questions than a list of skills.

Explore how I approach ambiguity, complexity, collaboration, and delivery. Every answer is grounded in work I have already done.

My answer

I make ambiguity easier to examine by asking questions a team can answer.

I identify the decision we need to make, the people affected, and what the team is assuming. Research, workflow mapping, and fast prototypes give the team something concrete enough to discuss and test.

Evidence from the work

For FlipRide, limited time made a conventional discovery phase unrealistic. SME interviews and rapid prototypes helped validate the direction before the team invested in detailed design.

These answers are another way of showing how I make complex products easier to understand.

If that kind of thinking could help your team, I’d be happy to hear what you’re working through.
